Coaching Options
- Telephone Coaching Sessions: Telephone coaching sessions are set up 2-4 times per month, typically 1 to 2 months in advance. Fees are based on the number of sessions per month, and the length of the coaching commitment.
- Face to Face Coaching Sessions: One-to-One in person coaching is an available option for those in the Atlanta area. The fee structure will depend upon location, frequency of meetings and the commitment term.
- Just-in-Time Coaching: This option is usually for specific problem-solving issues as they come up and does not include regularly scheduled calls. It can be handled on an ‘on call’ retainer basis or simply as needed by scheduled appointment. Fee structure is determined by length of retainer or on an individual call basis.
- Group Coaching: A series of 90 minute sessions with groups of 4-6 individuals with similar life needs can be arranged in advance. These can be done via a tele-bridge conference call or in person in some areas. Contact Us for more information or to schedule a coaching series for your group.
Standard Coaching Packages
- Three (3) forty-five minute coaching sessions per month plus additional contacts
- Two (2) forty-five minute coaching sessions per month plus additional contacts
- One (1) forty-five minute coaching session per month plus additional contacts
- Just-in-Time Coaching – thirty minute coaching sessions by appointment
*The term “additional contacts” refers to your coach’s availability at times other than scheduled phone sessions via email or text.
